From data to biology

Every question deserves its own method

We don’t apply the same pipeline to every dataset. We start from your biological question, work out what your data can and cannot tell you, and choose the approach that can actually answer it – reading the literature of your field and testing methods on your data before committing to one.

Every choice is documented and justified, so you can judge the reasoning behind the result. And the same bioinformatician follows your project from the first meeting through to interpretation.

Omics data analysis

We analyze omics data from sequencing, array and mass-spectrometry experiments, and follow each project for as long as it needs

Genomics (WGS/WES)

From sequencing to discovery: variant calling, genome assembly and annotation, structural variant analysis and population genetics.

Epigenomics

ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and methylation analysis to understand gene regulation.

How we work

A structured process that begins before your data exists and does not stop at delivering results.

1. Consultation & experimental design

We start from your biological questions and define sampling, sample sizes and the analysis plan before sequencing begins.

2. Data quality control

Read quality, contamination, batch effects. Every dataset is checked in depth before any result is built on it.

3. Analysis & statistics

Reproducible, versioned pipelines with statistical methods chosen for the nature of your data. Every parameter is documented.

4. Biological interpretation

We discuss the results with you in dedicated meetings and place them in the context of your field’s literature.

5. Beyond the results

Figures, methods and, when the project heads towards publication, we stay involved for as long as you need us.

Reproducible by design

Versioned pipelines and documented parameters: every result can be regenerated from scratch.

Figures and methods included

High-resolution plots and a full methodological description delivered with every report.

We don’t disappear at delivery

Follow-up questions and additional analyses are part of the collaboration, not a new quote.
